AUS v IND 2020-21: T Natarajan calls first series win in India jersey ‘memorable and special’

Natarajan bagged five wickets in the first two matches of the T20I series.

India pacer T Natarajan called his first experience of a series win for Ithe country as 'memorable and special' in a tweet. India defeated Australia in the second T20I to secure the series 2-0, with another game to go.

Natarajan was brilliant with the ball in both the games; picking 3 and 2 wickets respectively. India won the second ODI by six wickets and he took to Twitter and expressed his happiness. Natarajan had made his international debut in the third and final ODI on Australia tour. He was then given an opportunity in T20I after team India decided to rest Jasprit Bumrah.

"First series win for my country. Memorable and special," he wrote on his Twitter.

Natarajan became a familiar name after the Indian Premier League (IPL 2020). Sunrisers Hyderabad allowed him to show his talent and the speedster impressed everyone, especially with his death overs bowling.

The 29-year-old was called up for the ODI as a backup pacer for Navdeep Saini, who suffered from the back spasm.
