India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja played an important knock for his team in the final ODI against Australia. He smashed an unbeaten half-century while piling up an innings saving partnership of 150* runs with Hardik Pandya.
Jadeja came out to bat when India's fifth wicket Virat Kohli was dismissed with 152 runs on the board. Jadeja scored 66* off 55 deliveries and celebrated his half-century with his famous trademark sword celebration.
There was a phase in his innings when he scored 30 runs off 7 deliveries. In Sean Abbott's 9th over, Jadeja smashed him for three consecutive fours and a six; taking 19 runs overall.
India ended up scoring 302/5 in 50 overs after looking at 250-270 at one stage. Hardik was the top scorer for India with 92* off 76 deliveries. The duo scored the last 100 runs in only 51 deliveries.
