Virat Kohli-led Indian Cricket Team has on 12th of November landed in Sydney, Australia for a two-month long tour to play three ODIs, as many as T20Is and four Tests starting on 27th of November.
The Men in Blue directly flew for the long tour after the IPL 2020 from the UAE and are currently quarantining in the team hotel in the outskirts of Sydney as part of the COVID-19 protocols in Australia.
It is being said that Kohli and co. are currently under 14-day quarantine at the Pulman Hotel in Sydney Olympic Park area – where they can have the net sessions during their two-week isolation around the Olympic Park area before moving to Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).
Well, some of the Indian team members arrived on the tour with the tour while some without family including captain Kohli since his wife Anushka is pregnant, although, he will leave the tour after the first Test to join his family in January to welcome his first child.
Meanwhile, players are trying different ways to pass their time in quarantine in Sydney with some are working out, doing individual practice while some have chosen to sit back and relax, whereas Kohli has found a good web series to watch to kill the time in the hotel room.
The dad-to-be also shared a picture of himself sitting comfortably on a couch in un-ironed clothes with his iPad on Instagram but didn’t reveal the name of the series.
Content streaming site Netflix India was quick to spot their home screen on Virat Kohli’s laptop and decided to quote his tweet with a hilarious caption instead. Netflix India captioned, “That's us on the computer screen! Our dream of getting a picture with Virat Kohli has finally come true”
