Alyssa Healy celebrated her 33rd birthday today and Mitchell Starc was present for the celebrations.
UP Warriorz captain Alyssa Healy won the toss and chose to bowl first. Mumbai Indians took full advantage of batting first and thanks to Nat Sciver-Brunt’s 72* in 38 balls with 9 fours and 2 sixes and contributions from Amelia Kerr (29) and Hayley Matthews (26), posted a formidable 182/4 in 20 overs.
In reply, Issy Wong gave MI the perfect start as she got the wicket of dangerous Healy only for 11 runs. This was after Saika Ishaque had dismissed Shweta Sehrawat for 1 run in the second over.
Issy Wong delivered a fullish delivery on the middle stump, which ever so slightly moved towards the off-stump. Healy tried to flick it on the leg side and only managed to edge the ball toward mid off where MI skipper Harmanpreet Kaur took an easy catch, to reduce UPW to 12/2.

Meanwhile, watching the match in the crowd was Australian pacer Mitchell Starc who stayed back in India despite the ODI series finishing on March 22, to watch his wife Alyssa Healy in action in an important knockout match.
However, her wicket led to a pensive and sad reaction from Starc in the rafters.
