The recent England vs. India Test series ended in an entertaining 2-2 draw, and Rishabh Pant played in four Tests, scoring 479 runs with two centuries and two fifties. His series ended thanks to a fractured foot he suffered in the fourth Test in Manchester.
The crowd was more entertained by his backflip celebration after reaching hundreds than by his showy batting.
Harry Brook, an English batter who was recently seen doing the feat in The Hundred, appears to have been greatly influenced by Pant's celebration. Brook's cartwheel performance caused the commentators to discuss it live.

In response, Morgan stated, “He’s clearly trying to prove a point there. They might have even had a bet that you can or can’t do it. You know, it’s definitely a new thing. We’ve seen Rishabh Pant do it for his hundred; the celebration needed a full-frontal flip. So maybe this is just a progression."
On the other hand, Harry Brook was named the England Player of the Series in the Tests for his 481 runs in five Tests with two centuries (158, 111) and two fifties (99, 53).
