India’s Test and ODI captain Rohit Sharma is enjoying some time off cricket as he preps for the three-Test series against New Zealand starting October 16. Rohit had recently led India to a 2-0 Test series win over Bangladesh.
The series improved India's standing in the World Test Championship (WTC), with the team solidly in first place with 74.24 percentage points.
As Rohit is on vacation, a video surfaced online showing the Indian skipper touring the streets of Mumbai in his expensive Lamborghini, where he was seen wishing a fan a happy birthday while sitting inside the car.
As Rohit waved at the supporters, one of them pointed to a girl and informed the India captain that it was her birthday. Rohit then turned to face the girl, bidding her well, and shook her head.

India will be hoping to win all three Tests against New Zealand and almost confirm their berth in the WTC 2025 final. After New Zealand, the Indian team will travel to South Africa for a T20I series, and then the big Border-Gavaskar Trophy series in Australia will commence on November 22.
