WATCH: Rohit Sharma spotted driving Range Rover in Mumbai; car’s number plate draws everyone’s attention

India's T20 World Cup-winning skipper recently returned home from vacation in the USA.

India’s ODI and Test skipper Rohit Sharma was spotted roaming on the roads of Mumbai in his swanky Range Rover car.

After leading India to the T20 World Cup triumph last month, Rohit went to London to watch the Wimbledon semi-final and then flew to the USA to spend a vacation with his family.

Earlier this week, he returned home and was captured by shutterbugs roaming around in Mumbai. In the pictures and videos doing rounds on social media, it was Rohit’s car number that caught everyone's attention.

Rohit Sharma’s car number was the same as his highest score in ODI cricket i.e. 00264.

Rohit Sharma retired from T20Is after the T20 World Cup win in the Caribbean. However, he continues to remain the captain in ODIs and Tests and will now shift his focus to longer formats with big assignments coming up in the next few months.

Rohit will be next seen in action during the three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka, starting on August 2 in Colombo.
