MS Dhoni might have restricted himself to playing in IPL only, but he is still loved everywhere he goes. Not only in his hometown Ranchi but also in Chennai and India over, Dhoni is known for his humble nature and for being very receptive of the love given to him by fans.

He has been often seen interacting warmly with fans whether in-ground or outside wherever he is swarmed with selfie-clickers and autograph hunters. Dhoni is seldomly seen angry when fans request either of the two-mode modes of mementos.

Something the same was seen in a video doing rounds on Twitter, which captures Dhoni arriving at the Ranchi airport and seen calmly and warmly meeting the fans and airport officials with warm handshakes.

MS Dhoni has indicated that he might play in the IPL 2023 as well, which is expected to be played across venues in India unlike the last two seasons, which were played in UAE and various venues across Maharashtra. He has said that he wants to bid goodbye to the game in front of his fans in Chennai.
