Cameroon women's bowler Maeva Douma gave Uganda women's batters a tough time, but interestingly at the non-striker end. It was a Group B clash of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup Africa Region Qualifier when Douma mankaded four Uganda batters.

The 16-year-old Douma, on the second ball of her first spell, had clean bowled Prosscovia Alako to pick up her first wicket. She started spotting the mistake of Uganda batters in her second spell when they were leaving the crease at the non-striker end early.

The first one to go was Kevin Awino, and Douma repeated it three balls later to send Rita Musamali back to the dressing room. Uganda's captain Immaculate Nakisuuyi and Janet Mbabazi were also mankaded later in the last over of the innings.

Uganda still managed to get 190/6 in 20 overs and bowl out Cameroon on 35 runs in reply. They won the match by 155 runs.

Mankading has been in talks too much ever since R Ashwin mankaded Jos Buttler in an IPL 2019 match between Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) and Rajasthan Royals.
