Team India all-rounder Washington Sundar recently shared a heartwarming video of his India teammate T Natarajan playing with his dog Gabba during the pacer’s visit to Sundar’s house.

The Tamil Nadu-based cricketer named his pet ‘Gabba’ after India’s historic win over the Aussies at the venue due to which India won their second consecutive Test series in Australia. Sundar played a vital role in breaching Australia’s fortress and thus to symbolize the massive win, he named his pet after the venue.

Sundar and T Natarajan had similar starts to their Test careers as they both had traveled to Australia with the Indian team for the white-ball series but ended up making their Test debuts in the fourth and final Test match in Brisbane.

While Natarajan has been in rehabilitation for some time now, Sundar recently returned home from England after an injury he sustained while playing a practice match against Select County XI at Durham in July.
