India captain Virat Kohli joined the long list of Indian cricketers who have come out and voiced about #IndiaTogether in reference to foreign celebs tweeting about the ongoing protests in Delhi against the new farm bills.

Protestors have surrounded the borders of national capital Delhi and want the three farm laws repealed amongst other demands. However, the protests have seen lots of elements who are trying to take advantage of the situation and create tensions.

Something similar was seen on January 26 when protestors clashed with Delhi police, and stormed the red fort, and unfurling a flag there.

The protests saw international pop star Rihanna and activist Greta Thunberg tweeting in support of the protestors.

But several Indian celebrities including cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar, Suresh Raina, and Shikhar Dhawan along with others reacted sharply to this interference of international celebs in India’s internal matters.
