Right now, Islamabad United is doing fairly well in the ongoing PSL. They are in third place in the standings with four victories and three losses. Thus, the embarrassing incident occurred when Ronchi was speaking to the media.
A female journalist tries to ask Ronchi a question in the video below, but another journalist interrupts her before she can finish, drawing Ronchi's attention. Ronchi appeared utterly enraged.
“Boss, we're in an order at the moment. [Looking in the direction of some official] He can ask a question, I don't give a s***t. But if you just relax, please, can you please [addressing the troublemaker]? Ronchi was seen saying.
Ronchi appeared utterly enraged. Nevertheless, once Ronchi expressed his annoyance, an official—possibly the media manager—took charge and attempted to emphasize a crucial issue.
“Can you please make sure that the journalists actually respect the decorum of this press conference? And secondly, if there is any problem with the journalist, they can speak to me directly rather than cut Luke Ronchi off during his answer. So, I think that's the decorum we Pakistanis need to keep because this [the press conference] is going international. So, can you please kindly control the crowd?” he said.

The press conferences there often make the news. For one thing, journalists frequently urge their international players to draw parallels with the Indian Premier League, which is unquestionably far larger in magnitude.
