WATCH- Yuzvendra Chahal clean bowls Ben Stokes between pad and bat with a bamboozling leg-spin delivery

Chahal picked four wickets as Durham was bowled out for 205 runs.

In an English County Cricket game between Durham and Northamptonshire, Yuzvendra Chahal had the better of recently retired England captain Ben Stokes with an amazing bamboozling leg-spin delivery.

Following the dismissal of Mayank Agarwal, Stokes faced a challenging period as Northamptonshire broke a pivotal partnership. Then, in the 40th over, he saw David Bedingham fall for 81, leaving Durham at 169/5.

In the 47th over, Stokes faced Yuzvendra Chahal after hitting two boundaries. The spinner tossed up a signature ball outside off stump as he came around the wicket.

After pitching, the ball spun and slipped through the space between bat and pad before smashing into the stumps, despite Stokes getting down on one knee to defend the incoming ball. Stokes stared at the track after being beaten by the turn and waved his arms in frustration as he walked back to the pavilion.

Durham was bundled out for 205 runs, and Chahal proved to be the standout bowler with brilliant figures of 4/36. Apart from Stokes, Chahal had also accounted for Durham skipper Alex Lees and tailenders Kasey Aldridge and Matthew Potts.
