The three-match Test series is currently levelled at 1-1.
Taking to Twitter, BCCI shared a video of the touring party’s arrival with the caption: "Touchdown Cape Town".
The likes of Mohammed Siraj, R Ashwin, Hanuma Vihari, Ajinkya Rahane, head coach Ravi Dravid among others featured in the little clip.
Team India suffered a seven-wicket defeat in the second Test in Johannesburg this week. Since the visitors had won the opening Test by 113 runs in Centurion, the series is currently levelled at 1-1.
KL Rahul had led the Indian team in Virat Kohli's absence at the Wanderers, but the regular Test skipper is expected to return for the series decider after recovering from an upper back spasm.
"Virat is feeling better already, he's been in the nets last couple of days and he's been fielding and running around on the field. I think he should be fine," Dravid had said after India's loss in the second Test.
Kohli's return to the mix will give the team management a selection headache, with Hanuma Vihari doing well in the second Test. Playing in place of Kohli, Vihari scored 20 and 40* across the two innings in Johannesburg while under-fire batters Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane also scored crucial half-centuries in the match.
Fast bowler Mohammed Siraj’s fitness is also a cause of concern for the tourists. He pulled a hamstring muscle during the second Test and managed to bowl only 15.5 overs in the game. In case Siraj's fails to recover, India might include either Ishant Sharma or Umesh Yadav in the playing XI.
