England are set 378 runs to win the fifth Test and draw the series.
On day 4, India’s second innings ended on 245 runs as England bowlers made a good comeback despite entertaining fifties from Cheteshwar Pujara and Rishabh Pant. Ben Stokes led from the front with 4/33, while Stuart Broad and Matthew Potts took two wickets each.
With 378 runs to win, England started off well with openers Alex Lees and Zak Crawley adding 107 runs in 20 overs before Crawley fell to Bumrah for 46 runs.
Kohli, known for wearing his heart on his sleeve, asked the crowd to get louder after Jasprit Bumrah removed Zak Crawley just before the end of the second session.
As Lees played out a maiden over from Mohammad Shami, which was a testing one for the young left-handed opener, players from both sides began walking to the pavilion for tea with England at 107/1.
The camera caught Kohli and Lees having an intense conversation which carried on until the duo reached the boundary ropes.

Later when the play resumed, Alex Lees got run out in the 25th over of the innings. A Jadeja delivery took the inside edge of Lees and went to backward square leg. Joe Root called Lees for a single, but the opener was late to respond.
In the end, Shami's throw to Jadeja was on point and Lees found himself 2-3 yards short of the crease. This led to India celebrating widely, with Virat Kohli moving from slips, going across the pitch and then celebrating in front of Lees, who was going back to the pavilion.
