Former India Test opener Wasim Jaffer has posted a meme on the reports of Shaw joining the Team India squad in England. The youngster is currently in Sri Lanka for the limited-overs series.
Jaffer used a meme of Ajay Devgn in which he can be seen balancing on two bikes, which was a famous scene from the Bollywood film Phool Aur Kaante. "Go well @PrithviShaw ???????????? #SLvIND #ENGvIND," he wrote in the post.
India's three-match ODI series in Sri Lanka will kick off from July 13. The tour will conclude on July 25 with the T20I series. There is an opportunity for the new faces on the tour which is led by Shikhar Dhawan in the absence of the regular players.
Meanwhile, the Virat Kohli-led Test side in England are currently on a break and they will regroup on July 14 to start preparing for the five-match Test series, which starts from August 4.
