Mohammad Amir and Imad Wasim slammed Virat Kohli's critics.
Former Pakistan fast bowler Mohammed Amir slammed Indian batting superstar Virat Kohli’s critics during a segment of the ‘Haarna mana hai’ show on Geo News.
Amir also asked all those who often compare Kohli with other modern-era batters, including Babar Azam, to stop doing the same, as there is no match between them.
The former Pakistan pacer further said that if Kohli had played against teams like Nepal, Netherlands, Zimbabwe, and Bangladesh, he would've broken Sachin Tendulkar's record of the most ODI centuries long ago.

During the same show, former Pakistani cricketer Abdul Razzaq and all-rounder Imad Wasim received a question about Kohli playing "selfishly" and looking to score centuries in every game in the ongoing ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. The query left Imad and Amir furious.
Notably, Kohli had scored 88 runs off 94 balls during Team India’s 302-run win over Sri Lanka at the Wankhede Stadium, and many have been questioning the right-hander’s intent as he gets closer to the milestone.
Mohammad Amir said on the show: “I don't know why people keep comparing Virat Kohli; any comparison is stupid. Secondly, you have to look at the player's intent. He was playing ball-to-ball (against Sri Lanka), and he was trying.”
He added, “If Virat Kohli played series against Netherlands, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Zimbabwe then he would have broken Sachin Tendulkar's record by now. He doesn't play against these teams.”
Meanwhile, Imad Wasim said:“Everything is calculated when Virat Kohli plays; he knows who is around him. During run chases, he is 10/10; he knows when to attack; he knows when he has to hit it for a six; he is a special player; and in this era, there is no better player than him. It is wrong to talk of him in this way.”
