Babar celebrated his birthday a day after Pakistan's crushing loss to India.
Pakistan may have lost their World Cup match to India on October 14 in Ahmedabad, but Babar and his teammates seem to be in good spirits.
Following the match against India, the Pakistani squad travelled to Bangalore, where they will face Australia in their next fixture on October 20.
After reaching the hotel in Bangalore, the Pakistan contingent celebrated Babar Azam’s birthday.
In a video posted by PCB on X, Babar can be seen cutting the cake with his teammates and coaching staff beside him.
Babar Azam, who currently occupies the No. 1 position in the ICC Men’s ODI Batting Rankings, has failed to set the World Cup stage on fire.
While Babar registered scores of 5 and 10 in the first two games against Netherlands and Sri Lanka, he returned with a 58-ball fifty against India in a losing cause.
