India captain Rohit Sharma was seen in an interesting conversation with opener Shubman Gill after the Bangladesh match in the Super 4s stage of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023 tournament. India lost a close contest by 6 runs but Shubman was the hero with a sublime ton.

India had chosen to rest a few of their key players for the Bangladesh game including Virat Kohli, Mohammed Siraj and Hardik Pandya. Shubman Gill made a very good century to take  India nearer to the target of 266 set by Bangladesh.

Shubman was seen interacting with the Indian skipper near an elevator in Colombo ahead of the Asia Cup final between India and Sri Lanka, which will be played on Sunday, September 17, 2023.

During his brief discussion with his teammate, the Indian skipper was visibly unimpressed with Shubman's remarks.
