Asia Cup 2023: Ravi Shastri and Wasim Akram feature in star studded commentary panel for the tournament

The Asia Cup 2023 tournament is just around the corner as it will begin on August 30 with Pakistan taking on Nepal in Multan. While Pakistan will host 4 games, Sri Lanka will host the rest of the tournament, including India’s games and the final as well.

Asia Cup 2023 is set to captivate fans with India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Afghanistan competing in the One-Day format. This tournament is seen as a preparation for the ODI World Cup which will follow in India and starts from October 5 onwards.

Pakistan will group-stagep stage games and one Super Four game.

The lineup of commentators for the Asia Cup 2023 has been revealed and it consists of some of the biggest names who have played the game, and now their vibrant voices will enhance the experience of the viewers who will be watching on TVs and the internet.

Shakib Al Hasan named Bangladesh captain for Asia Cup and World Cup 2023

The list of commentators features names from India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and New Zealand.

From India, Ravi Shastri, Sanjay Manjrekar, Gautam Gambhir, Irfan Pathan, and Deep Dasgupta will bring the action to the fans. Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, Ramiz Raja, and Bazid Khan have been included from Pakistan.

They will be joined by Russel Arnold from Sri Lanka, Athar Ali Khan from Bangladesh, and Scott Styris as the neutral voice from New Zealand.
