Rizwan was left stunned by the peach of a delivery from Anderson.
James Anderson, Ollie Robinson, Mark Wood and Jack Leach were among the wickets for England in the second innings. However, it was veteran campaigner Anderson who stole the show with a peach of a delivery to dismiss Mohammad Rizwan, who came out to open the innings after an injury to Imam.
Rizwan was batting brilliantly on 30 off 42 balls but Anderson’s reverse swing knocked him over. The wicketkeeper-batter was taken aback by the movement on the delivery as he kept staring in disbelief following the dismissal.
After the stumps on Day 3, Mohammad Rizwan talked about the delivery, calling it a ‘masterclass’ from Anderson.
“Always a masterclass, I love him. I have no answers of his questions. What can I say?” Rizwan said on Sky Sports Cricket.
He also opened up on his chat with Pakistan pacer Naseem Shah following his dismissal.
“I met Naseem Shah afterwards, I told him the way he bowled to me, you do the same in England,” Rizwan quipped.
Having won the first Test in Rawalpindi, England have taken a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.
