All the cricketers participating in the tournament will be kept in a bio-secure bubble and will continue to be there till the end of the tournament on November 9.
The Women's T20 Challenge in 2020 will be missing the Australian faces who will be participating in the Women's Big Bash League, starting October 25. However, there is an interesting addition to the tournament in Malaysian cricketer Natthakan Chantam.
Chantam is the only female cricketer from her country to make a T20I half-century. She achieved this feat in the Women's T20 World Cup 2020, which was played just before the COVID-19 pandemic took over. The 24-year-old will be representing the Trailblazers in Women's T20 challenge 2020.
