The T20 World Cup 2024 will be held in June next year.
Ahead of the tournament, the hype for the ICC event has begun, with the governing body of the sport, revealing new logos for the T20 World Cup 2024, which completely overhauls the design used previously.
The logo is at the heart of this new identity. It's a creative mash-up of bat, ball, and enthusiasm that depicts the essential components of international T20 cricket. The lettering 'T20' dynamically transforms into a batting 'stance' encased within a kinetic 'sphere,' expressing the heart-stopping drama encapsulated in each delivery.
This symbol represents how a single bat swing may change the course of the game. The ball's striking 'impact' design replicates the unrivaled energy and vitality witnessed during the ICC T20 World Cup games, with a zig-zag motif signifying tension and adrenaline-charged moments, comparable to a lightning strike.

The brand concept will combine textures and patterns inspired by the host country for each World Cup edition, adding an extra degree of individuality. This unique approach begins with a distinct design that pays homage to both the palm trees of the West Indies and the 'stripes' of the United States for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024, in which 20 countries will compete over 55 matches in June of next year.
The ICC Women's T20 World Cup will also be hosted in Bangladesh next year, from September to October.
ICC General Manager – Marketing and Communications, Claire Furlong, said: “The ICC Men’s and Women’s T20 World Cups promise to deliver an electrifying and edge-of-your-seat experience to cricket fans globally, and we hope the new visual identity reflects that vision and energy. The incorporation of the distinctive patterns in the brand will provide hosts with a unique element across the event’s look and feel.
We have an exciting six months ahead of us building up to the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in the West Indies and USA, and fans can now register their interest to receive World Cup information and ticket news.”
