India will face Scotland in the T20 World Cup 2021 on November 5 in Dubai.
Scotland have qualified into the 2021 T20 World Cup Super 12 stage for the first time on Thursday (October 21) with a remarkable eight-wicket win over Oman. They chased down the target of 123 runs with 18 balls left to complete their third consecutive win in the Round 1.
Before Oman, Scotland defeated Bangladesh and Papua New Guinea in their group matches. They have now entered Group 2 in Super 12 which includes India, Pakistan, New Zealand, and Afghanistan. One more spot is left which will be taken by a team from Group B from Round 1.
Scotland's left-arm spinner Mark Watt has warned India captain Virat Kohli before the Super 12 kicks off on October 23. Watt said that he has some plans ready for one of the finest batters in the world currently.

Both the teams will clash on November 5 in Dubai. "I've got quite a few plans for Virat. I'm going to keep them hush-hush at the moment, but I think he should be worried. That's why you play the game: to play against the big stars.
"You want to challenge yourself against the best and they certainly are the best in the world. All the guys are just absolutely buzzing to showcase their skills against the whole world," Watt was quoted as saying by Mirror Sport.
Watt is confident of Scotland registering a few wins and upsetting big teams in the Super 12. The Scottish players will have a good opportunity to make a name for themselves on such a big platform.
"I think we're going to make a few upsets. I don't see why not. We've done it before – we've beaten the best ODI team in the world, we've beaten Bangladesh here and I think teams won't take us lightly. They should be worried about Scotland, we're in a great run of form and we've got a lot of momentum going forward. I don't think we need to do anything else different; we've won three out of three," he added.
Apart from Scotland, Bangladesh have also confirmed a spot in the Super 12. They have got a place in Group A which features Australia, England, South Africa, and West Indies.
