Crawley was dismissed the next delivery after Pant tried to get under his skin.
India wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant was constantly in the ears of England batsman Zak Crawley until he threw away his wicket on the opening day of the fourth Test. Pant sledged the Englishman and the next ball he attempted a rash shot which resulted in his dismissal.
The incident happened in the 8th over of England's innings, which was bowled by spinner Akshar Patel. Crawley was batting on 9 when Pant tried to get under his skin.
"Someone is getting angry, someone is getting angry," said Pant. India captain Virat Kohli was also heard saying, "a loose shot is coming boys, come on".
