India lost the second ODI to Sri Lanka by 32 runs.
Sri Lanka captain Charith Asalanka won the toss in the second match as well on August 4th and chose to bat first.
As the Indian team had come out to take the field, they gathered near the boundary ropes. A group of Indian team fans were chanting Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma’s name. During this Virat Kohli noticed a fan poster and immediately told Rohit Sharma about the same as well.
The fan poster had a photo of Rohit Sharma as Bhuvan of Lagaan, with the rest of the Team India players as other characters of the 2001 hit movie. The title of the poster read: “Modern day Lagaan Warriors”.
