After the match, Rahul was asked about Rohit’s injury and he provided an update. "Rohit's alright, unfortunate injury, hopefully, he should be fine in a couple of days,” Rahul said. Even BCCI released a statement that read, “Rohit Sharma is being assessed at the moment.”
India will begin the three-match ODI series against New Zealand with the first match in Hamilton on February 5.
