Pakistan skipper Babar Azam said that he will talk to Mohammad Amir regarding his retirement when he gets an opportunity.

Mohammad Amir announced his retirement from international cricket on December 17 citing not being able to handle the mental torture he has been subjected to him by the current Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management and some former Pakistan players.

However, ever since the pacer announced his retirement from international cricket he has been in talks. As many fans and pundits criticized him for not showing maturity and calling time on his career while some feel that Amir should be called back to play for Pakistan.

With the second phase of the PSL 2021 about to start, Mohammad Amir will soon be in action for the defending champions Karachi Kings along with current Pakistan skipper Babar Azam.

Both Amir and Babar will join forces for the Karachi Kings in the PSL and would look to lift back-to-back titles for their team.
