India all-rounder Hardik Pandya, a core member of franchise Mumbai Indians (MI), named his IPL XI in a chat with Harsha Bhogle. He named some of the finest cricketers to feature in the league.
The star-studded side had both, MS Dhoni and Rohit Sharma in the team which makes us question, who would he pick as captain?
Dhoni, as a captain of Chennai Super Kings (CSK), has won 3 IPL titles, while MI skipper, Rohit has won four but CSK has reached playoffs every time they played the tournament.

Hardik had to make a call and he picked the 38-year-old to lead his side. The all-rounder has played under Dhoni for India and he knows his clever moves and tactics.
The side has some big names like for opening spot, he paired up Rohit with Chris Gayle, one of the most destructive IPL batsman of all times. Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers, who play for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) were picked for number 3 and 4. Hardik decided not to break their pairing which could cause havoc together.
IPL's second-highest run-getter Suresh Raina got the number 5 position with Dhoni, the wicket-keeper batsman at 6. Hardik kept himself at seven, lower down the batting order.
The bowling department has two spinners, Sunil Narine and Rashid Khan, with MI pacers, Lasith Malinga and Jasprit Bumrah.
