The two newbie teams of the IPL 2022- Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Gujarat Titans (GT) will clash for the second time in the 57th match of the tournament at the MCA Stadium in Pune on May 10, 2022. The last time these two met, GT won the match against LSG in their debut appearance.

Only net run rate separates the two teams who occupy the top two spots on the IPL 2022 points table, each with 8 wins from 11 matches and 16 points. A win here for either team will ensure the playoff spot for the winners.

Keeping this in mind, here is the COC Predicted playing XIs for the LSG v GT clash in IPL 2022.

LUCKNOW SUPER GIANTS

LSG is coming into this match with four wins in a row and high confidence. Their batting has been at its peak with KL Rahul leading the way with 2 centuries in the tournament. Quinton de Kock came good in the last match when Rahul was run out, while Deepak Hooda is enjoying batting at no.3 spot.

Marcus Stoinis, Krunal Pandya, Ayush Badoni, and Jason Holder have their roles clearly defined to them and they have been doing them pretty well. On top of that Krunal and Hooda have done a good job of supporting Ravi Bishnoi with the ball as well in the spin department.

Avesh Khan and Dushmantha Chameera have brought some heat to the opposition with their pace, while the addition of left-arm pacer Mohsin Khan has given LSG a new dimension to explore.

GUJARAT TITANS

Gujarat Titans had momentum their way for the most part of the tournament, but now they are seething after two back-to-back losses against lowly-placed Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings. While Wriddhiman Saha has been giving them quick starts at the top, the form of Shubman Gill and Hardik Pandya is giving them sweats.

The brilliant batting form of David Miller, Rahul Tewatia, and even Rashid Khan has given surety to GT that any total is not out of their bounds. Alzarri Joseph and Lockie Ferguson have brought some good speed to the table and troubled the opposition batting.
