Shreyas Iyer was out of action since the ODI series against England earlier this year due to injury.
Shreyas Iyer couldn't play the first half of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2021) due to shoulder injury. Delhi Capitals (DC), who were led by Rishabh Pant, must now be pleased to see him back on the field ahead of the IPL 2021's second leg in UAE.
Iyer is currently gearing up for the tournament after completely recovering from the injury. He was spotted batting during a practice match at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai.

Delhi Capitals shared the video on Twitter which featured a huge six by Iyer and a few cut shots.
". @ShreyasIyer15 is back to doing magic on the field ???????? P.S. Guess where the ball landed at the end of the video ????," wrote DC.
Recently, the 26-year-old was cleared by the National Cricket Academy (NCA) to return to competitive action. The approval from the NCA confirms his participation in the IPL, which is starting from September 19.
DC are currently at the top of the points table with six wins in eight matches of the IPL 2021.
