RR's Twitter account has engaged in banter on social media throughout the tournament.
Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Delhi Capitals (DC) are in no mood to stop the banter although the tournament has ended a few days back. DC's official Twitter account took a jibe at RR's performance in IPL 2020.
They posted a picture of pacer Anrich Nortje staring at Jos Buttler after getting him out in IPL 13. Asking RR to continue the banter off the field, they wrote, "Hey @rajasthanroyals, Here's to us always entertaining fans on and off the pitch. P. S. Dear RR Admin, let's carry forward our banter to #IPL2021, where your comebacks are stronger.".

RR didn't stay after a bitter dig at their IPL 2020 performance and responded with a good night message, but only for the fans whose franchise has won an IPL trophy.
"Good night to all fans whose team has won at least 1️⃣ #IPL title.", they wrote.
DC has never won an IPL trophy and they managed to qualify for the final for the first time after 12 years.
