Suryakumar Yadav remained not-out and secured a 5-wicket win for Mumbai Indians.
Virat Kohli and Suryakumar Yadav set social media on fire with their hostility throughout the match. There was a moment during Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Mumbai Indians (MI) when Kohli walked towards Surya and both had a strong stare for a while.
The incident took place during the 13th over of Mumbai's innings when Surya hit Dale Steyn for three boundaries. On the last ball, when he hit the ball straight to Kohli at covers, the staring from both of them started. Kohli came close to Surya and stood there for 15 seconds but the MI batsman remained unaffected and kept looking at the RCB captain.

Twitter reacted to the incident and picked sides. While many feel there was nothing wrong with the act to disturb the concentration of a well-set batsman, others felt it wasn't a good move by Virat to do so.
In the end, Suryakumar ended up playing a knock of 79* runs off 43 deliveries and took MI to a five-wicket win in their 12th match of the IPL 2020.
