The first T20I will be played in Gwalior on October 6.
India will play its first home T20 match since winning the second T20 World Cup in the West Indies earlier this year. However, the Indian side, led by Suryakumar Yadav, would only include four players from the winning team.
The Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) released a video ahead of the match showing skipper Suryakumar Yadav watching batters like Washington Sundar, Jitesh Sharma, and Rinku Singh prepare.
And, in a classic Mumbaikar manner, SKY recounts each batsman's shots in his unique style. There were phrases like ‘thakk rhe ho kya’, ‘Najakat se’, and other Mumbai slangs thrown around by Suryakumar Yadav who marveled at the batting of his teammates.
