IND v BAN 2024: WATCH- 15-year-old boy cycles 58 kms in 7 hours from Unnao to watch Virat Kohli play in Kanpur  

The second Test between India and Bangladesh is being played in Kanpur.

Virat Kohli’s fans are extremely passionate and can go to all limits to see their idol in person. And one 15-year-old made a huge effort to come from Unnao to watch the former India captain bat in Kanpur by cycling 58 kilometers in just 7 hours.

India is playing Bangladesh in the second Test of the two-match series at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. India won the toss and chose to bowl first, reducing Bangladesh to 107/3 when rain stopped play on day one.

In a moving story of love and determination, 15-year-old Kartikey, a youngster from Unnao, Uttar Pradesh, cycled 58 kilometers just to see his cricketing idol, Virat Kohli.

 A little youngster rode his bicycle from Unnao to Kanpur alone to watch India's Test match against Bangladesh.

It took him seven hours to go 58 kilometers from Unnao to Kanpur. He left his home at 4 a.m. and rode through the early morning darkness till he arrived at Green Park Stadium at 11 a.m.

Meanwhile, Akash Deep gave India the perfect start as he removed Zakir Hasan for a duck and Shadman Islam for 24 runs. Captain Najmul Hossain Shanto, who scored 31, then steadied the innings alongside Mominul Haque, adding 51 runs to see out the remainder of the first session.

Then R Ashwin got into action, getting the Bangladeshi captain out LBW with the visitors on 107/3. But then rain came down heavily and play was called off.
