India and Bangladesh clashed in the series' second and final Test, which began on September 27 at the Green Park Stadium in Kanpur. India leads the series 1-0 after winning the first Test in Chennai by 280 runs.

Ahead of the start of the game, India’s star batter Virat Kohli was going through his practice routines as the weather appeared to spoil the first day of play, with overnight rain delaying the start of the match. As the umpires assessed the ground and the delay extended, players from both teams ultimately emerged for warm-ups.

As he came out, a heartwarming moment occurred when a member of the groundstaff, who was initially busy removing the covers, briefly stopped his responsibilities to approach Kohli. In a wonderful gesture, the staff member leaned down and touched Kohli's feet, a symbol of deep respect in Indian culture.

Evidently moved by the moment, Kohli instantly attempted to assist the man up and placed his hand on his chest, symbolizing respect and thanks. Another groundstaff member then came and took the one touching feet away.

Here is the video:

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma won the toss and chose to bowl first. India made no change in its playing XI. Conversely, Bangladesh left out Nahid Rana and Taskin Ahmed to bring in Taijul Islam and Khaled Ahmed.
