Rishabh Pant keeps the spirits high of the team members with his chirping behind the stumps.
Team India is currently bossing the second Test being played in Chennai at the MA Chidambaram Stadium, as the hosts lead by 249 runs with nine wickets in the hand on a pitch that continues to get harder to bat on with every session.
Ravichandran Ashwin bagged a five-wicket haul while debutant Akshar Patel and veteran Ishant Sharma took two wickets as India bowled out England for just 134 in their first innings to take a lead of 195 runs, and then added 54 runs before stumps on day two for the loss of Shubman Gill's wicket.
Rishabh Pant, who played such a key role in India winning the Test series in Australia, continues to be in excellent form with the bat as he scored 58* before he ran out of partners in India's first innings total of 329. Later, he took two exceptional catches off Ishant and Mohammed Siraj, and kept confidently to India's spin trio of Ashwin, Akshar and Kuldeep Yadav.
