IND v BAN 2019: Rishabh Pant's consistent failure makes fans trend '#DhoniWeMissYouOnField'

Dhoni hasn't played for India since July this year.

After every continued failure of Rishabh Pant, fans are missing senior India wicket-keeper batsman, MS Dhoni, more. In the last T20I against Bangladesh, Pant once again failed to score when the stage was set for him to blast in the slog overs.

But he scored just six runs after which Manish Pandey had to take the finishing role. India ended with 174/5.

In reply, Bangladesh could only manage 144 in 19.2 overs. Even in the second innings, Pant's DRS blunder made fans chant 'Dhoni Dhoni' in the stadium.

Social media already started trending '#DhoniWeMissYouOnField'. The youngster is now under immense pressure to deliver after a lack of consistency with the bat and huge expectations.

Other players should learn something from Shreyas Iyer. When you get an opportunity, you got to utilize it. Rishabh Pant had enough chances but still failed. Still the team management keep experimenting with Pant. Now Sanju Samson has to wait until the next t-20 series.#INDvBAN
