Rajasthan will now face Tamil Nadu in the first semi-final on January 29.
Opting to bat first, Rajasthan rode on Mahipal Lomror’s blazing 37-ball 78* (5 fours and 5 sixes) to post 164/5 in 20 overs. Openers Bharat Sharma and Ankit Lamba also contributed 38-run each.
Suraj Kashyap was the pick of the bowlers for Bihar, claiming 2 wickets by conceding 28 runs in his four overs. Skipper Ashutosh Aman also took a couple of wickets by giving away in his four-over quota.
In reply, Bihar could manage 148/4 in 20 overs. Except for Mangal Mahrour (68 not out off 58 balls), none of the Bihar batsmen managed to touch the 30-run mark.
Chandrapal Singh (1-21), Aniket Choudhary (1-25) bowled economically for Rajasthan and picked up one scalp each.
Rajasthan will now face Tamil Nadu in the first semi-final in Ahmedabad on Friday (January 29).
