The ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy has reached its knockout stages with the teams finalized for the quarterfinals which will be played at the New Sardar Patel Stadium in Motera, Ahmedabad.
The stadium will host all the knockout games including the semis and the final as well.
In the fixture list sent by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to the competing teams, Karnataka will face Punjab in the first quarter-final on January 26. The second quarter-final will be played between Tamil Nadu and Himachal Pradesh on the same day.

Haryana and Baroda will lock horns for the third knockout game the next day on January 27 while Bihar and Rajasthan will play the last quarter-final match on the same day.
Both the semi-finals will be played on January 29 and the final will happen on January 31.
Bihar, Haryana, Baroda, Punjab, and Tamil Nadu came into the quarterfinals unbeaten in the group stages of the tournament, while Himachal, Karnataka, and Rajasthan just lost one game out of their five fixtures to book a spot in the quarter-finals.
The biggest shock was Mumbai’s exit from group stages, who managed just one win out of five matches.
Karnataka is the defending champion of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy.
