Martin Guptill (105) has become the quickest Kiwi batsman to score a T20 ton in 49 balls to get into the record books. 

In the ongoing fifth T20I between New Zealand and Australia in Auckland, Guptill has slammed a quickfire ton to trigger the Kiwi score well past 200. This is a must-win match for the Kiwis to get an entry into the finals of the tri-series. New Zealand courtesy of Guptill's ton finished on a match-winning score of 243.

Australia by virtue of winning their first three matches have already booked their place in the finals. If New Zealand wins this match against Australia, England will be knocked out of the tournament.
