The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Saturday (November 29) unveiled the schedule for the 2026 edition of the Women’s Premier League (WPL). Navi Mumbai and Vadodara will stage the matches of the five-team competition, which will be played from January 9 to February 5.
Two-time champions Mumbai Indians and 2024 winners Royal Challengers Bengaluru will square off in the tournament opener at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.
According to a release shared by the WPL, the Navi Mumbai leg will run from January 9 to 17, and a total of 11 games will be held at DY Patil Stadium.
The league will then move to Vadodara, where the remaining 11 fixtures will take place, including the playoffs.
The Eliminator match between the second and third-placed teams will be played on February 3, and the final is scheduled for February 5.
