Sanjana Ganesan was asked by Harbhajan Singh how their love story evolved and when they decided to marry. Sanjana Ganesan then revealed that Jasprit Bumrah had suggested that they should run away, elope, and then get married.
However, what came next was perhaps the best sledge Bumrah has faced. Sanjana responded to the eloping suggestion and said that you don’t even run properly in your bowling run-up, how will you run with me.
"Tum run-up per bhi nahi bhagte ho. Tum mere sath kya bhagoge?" (You don't even run during your run-up. So how will you run with me?),” Sanjana said, as Bumrah looked at her with an exasperated reaction.
Sanjana Ganesan and Jasprit Bumrah got married in 2021 in an intimate ceremony and now have a kid together named Angad.
