Yuvraj Singh opened up about his fight with Virat Kohli over football.
2011 World Cup-winning all-rounder Yuvraj Singh opened up about his fights with Virat Kohli over football. Yuvraj said that Kohli is undoubtedly a better batter than him, but in football, he is a better player than the former Indian skipper.
Notably, Kohli is a big fan of football, and he has often been seen playing football during Team India’s practice sessions and even in charity matches. The batting superstar is also the co-owner of the FC Goa, which takes part in the Indian Super League (ISL).
Meanwhile, in a recent interview with the popular YouTuber, Yuvraj revealed that he had often had a fight with Kohli and Ashish Nehra in the football games.
However, the former Indian all-rounder admitted that Virat has football skills, and even though he thinks of himself as Cristiano Ronaldo, he is not better than him.
Yuvraj said that Kohli is undoubtedly cricket’s Ronaldo, but he is a better footballer than him. Now, the video of Yuvraj’s last claims is going viral on all social media platforms.
Yuvraj Singh said in the interview: “Meri aur Virat ki bahut badi ladai hui hai football mein, meri Nehra ke saath bahut badi ladai hui hai football mein, Viru ke saath, toh vo ho jaata hai. Usko (Virat Kohli) lagta hai vo bahut faadu footballer hai.
Hai skilll, par mere andar usse jyada hai. Vo faadu batsman hai, footballer mai better hoon. He thinks he is Cristiano Ronaldo, but he is not. In his cricket, he is Cristiano Ronaldo.”
