Bumrah was bowling to the Mumbai batters in a match simulation and picked one wicket.
He demonstrated conclusively that he is now fully fit for the Ireland T20Is series and, more importantly, for the Asia Cup and the 2023 ODI World Cup.
The right-arm pacer reportedly bowled his full quota of 10 overs in two spells, returning figures of 10-2-34-1, with opener Angkrish Raghuvanshi (bowled for an eight-ball duck) being his sole scalp in the match simulation.
For the past two weeks, the Mumbai senior team has been camping in Alur near Bengaluru in a KSCA facility. They were peppered by Bumrah with all sorts of deliveries and a viral video showed a glimpse of the fast bowler’s spell.

Bumrah has been out of action since September 2022 due to a stress fracture to his back and underwent surgery earlier this year.
Even BCCI secretary Jay Shah stated on Thursday that Jasprit Bumrah is in the excellent physical condition and may travel with India on their upcoming August tour of Ireland for three T20Is.
