Naatu Naatu has won the Oscars, Golden Globes and the Critic Choice award for best song.
The song composed by MM Keeravani and written by Chandrabose has been making quite an impression on the world, as it had previously won the best song award at Golden Globes 2023.
In the Oscars 2023, ‘Naatu Naatu’ was nominated alongside 'Applause' from "Tell It Like a Woman", 'Hold My Hand' from "Top Gun: Maverick", 'Lift Me Up' from "Black Panther: Wakanda Forever" and 'This Is a Life' from "Everything Everywhere All at Once".

This is the third major international recognition for the chartbuster "Naatu Naatu", after a Golden Globe and Critics Choice Award.
As the entire nation celebrated the Telugu song’s immense popularity and recognition by the Oscars, legendary India batter Sunil Gavaskar, who was on commentary duty during the fourth India-Australia Test in Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, couldn’t keep himself from grooving on it himself.
Ahead of the start of play on day 5, presenter Jatin Sapru and Sunil Gavaskar talked about the song’s Oscar win and Gavaskar was seen doing the hook step from it while singing the song as well.
