Rishabh Pant is on his way to recovery after knee surgery.
India cricketer Rishabh Pant has shared his first photo post-surgery since his accident on December 30, 2022 which led to his hospitalization in Max hospitals in Dehradun for first aid and primary care and then he was moved to Mumbai by BCCI for further treatment.
Pant underwent knee surgery to repair the damage done by the accident in which his car was burnt to a crisp. He was treated at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Mumbai and recently shared the first photo of himself as he took steps using crutches with his right knee in a support strap.
“One step forward. One step stronger. One step better,” Pant wrote.
This led to his India teammate Suryakumar Yadav and Delhi Capitals and Australia cricketer David Warner dropping heartwarming replies on his photo.
Meanwhile, a journalist from Times of India shared an update that Rishabh Pant was discharged last week itself and is recuperating at home. The update also mentioned that doctors have set some parameters to check his recovery and he will be reassessed to check whether he has met those parameters on his road to recovery.
