Andre Russell flaunts his brand new Mercedes-Benz; Surya Kumar Yadav congratulates him

Russell's new car worth a whopping INR 2.71 crore.

West Indies all-rounder Andre Russell is very fond of the sports car and he recently added another one to his collection.

Taking to Instagram, Russell on Friday (June 10) shared a video of himself getting into the green colour Mercedes-Benz AMG GT R car.

“As a ghetto yute I always dream big. But with hard work, and sacrifices dreams become reality. god is good," Russell wrote in the caption and also tagged his West Indies and Kolkata Knight Riders teammate Sunil Narine.

Russell’s former KKR teammate and Indian batter Surya Kumar Yadav congratulated him on buying a car worth INR 2.71 crore.

“Congratulations big man. One of many," Surya Kumar commented.

Besides, Russell’s Caribbean teammates such as Chris Gayle, Sheldon Cottrell and Daren Sammy congratulated him on the purchase.

Andre Russell was retained by KKR for a whopping sum of INR 12 crore ahead of the IPL 2022 mega auction. He finished the season with 335 runs from 12 innings at a strike rate of 174.47 and also claimed 17 wickets in the cash-rich tournament.
