MS Dhoni is starred as superhero in the graphic novel authored by Ramesh Thamilmani.
Former India cricket captain MS Dhoni posted the first look of his graphic novel titled Atharva: The Origin on Wednesday (February 02). The new-age graphic novel is authored by Ramesh Thamilmani.
The mythological sci-fi web series is backed by Dhoni Entertainment. The motion poster was released by Virzu Studios in association with MIDAS Deals Pvt Ltd.
The Indian cricket great, Dhoni is starring as a superhero and warrior leader. He shared the official motion poster on his official Facebook handle and said, "Happy to launch the first look of the new age graphic novel, Atharva".

Dhoni can be seen in an animated avatar on a battlefield with his character fighting against the army of demons. Commenting on the project, the ex-India cricketer said, “I am thrilled to be associated with this project and it is indeed an exciting venture. Atharva - The Origin is a captivating graphic novel with an engaging story and immersive artwork.
"Author Ramesh Thamilmani’s attempt to launch India’s first mythological superhero with a contemporary twist will leave every reader wanting for more.”
Sakshi is serving as the managing director of the production company, Dhoni Entertainment, which was launched in 2020. They have already produced "Roar of the Lion", an Indian documentary drama based on Chennai Super Kings' return to the 2018 edition of the IPL.
