Former India captain Mohammed Azharuddin had a chat session with the fans on Twitter in which he revealed his current favourite cricketer. He was also asked about his picks for the greatest Indian batters in history across formats.
Azharuddin named Australia's Steve Smith as the one he likes the most. Smith has been a top batter especially in Test cricket and he is at number three in the ICC Men's Test Batting Rankings with 891 ratings.

The 58-year-old picked Virat Kohli, along with Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag as the greatest Indian batters ever in all formats. He also shared his top five fielders at the moment and all-time in world cricket.
Ravindra Jadeja, Suresh Raina, David Warner, Ben Stokes, and Glenn Maxwell are among Azharuddin's favorite fielders currently. For the list of all-time best fielders, he named Jonty Rhodes, Mark Waugh, Vivian Richards, Roger Harper, and Ricky Ponting.
